Delivery charges and payment details

1. Terms of payment

We offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the relevant product description:

• Prepayment by bank transfer: The transfer must be made to our bank account within 7 days of the contract being concluded.
• PayPal: Payment via your PayPal account. You will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.
• Credit card (via PayPal): We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments are processed via secure payment service providers.
• Cash on collection

2. Delivery terms

• Delivery area: We dispatch our products within Germany and worldwide. The USA is currently an exception. Until further notice, we are unable to dispatch to the USA.
• Domestic delivery charges: For deliveries within Germany, we charge between €6.78 (for 1 kg) and €20.05 (for 31.5 kg). You can find the breakdown here: Delivery charges
• International delivery charges: For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge between €17.43 and €83.45, depending on the zone and weight. You can find the breakdown here: Delivery charges. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. Delivery outside Europe costs between €41.35 and €160.30, depending on weight. • Delivery times: Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery within Germany takes 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times for international shipments within Europe are 4 to 9 working days. Outside Europe, delivery takes between 10 and 20 days, depending on the destination.
